If your mailing address has changed, please make sure you are receiving your monthly bank advices from State Street. This will ensure that your 2024 1099-R will be mailed to the correct address.
If you are not receiving monthly bank advices from State Street, please submit an Address Change form, which can be downloaded using the link below and submitted to the Fund by mail, fax, or through a secure digital link requested from [email protected].
For 2024 1099-R mailing, incorrect addresses must be updated in our system by October 31, 2024. State Street will mail your 2024 1099-R form(s) to the address on file with the Fund by January 31, 2025.
If your address is not correct in our system by October 31, 2024, you may contact AFRF to request a digital copy of your 1099-R after February 17, 2025. A completed Address Change form will still be required to ensure that future documents and communications are delivered properly.
